Previous incidents

Some incoming users were having issues creating accounts. The user would get stuck in the create organization screen, unable to move forward. Issue was successfully solved.

Anthropic was experiencing down time, so we remediated by routing all the traffic that was using the Anthropic models to use the OpenAI ones. When Anthropic got back up, we switched the model back to claude-2.
