Previous incidents

We have identified that the issue was with one of our edge providers. They have now fixed the firewall issue and should be back up. We are continuing to monitor the situation.

Our edge service provider had a small outage this friday afternoon 5:48pm PT. It affected our na-east /chat endpoints, leading to bigger timeouts and some failures. It was all resolved promptly by the edge provider.
